President, Head of Charles River Development
Matt Daly
Matt Daly, executive vice president of State Street, is president and head of Charles River Development, a State Street Company. In this role, he is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company including product development, sales and services for the Charles River Investment Management Solution. Matt is responsible for client success and driving growth through all channels. He is actively involved with large scale client transformations including deployments of State Street Alpha®. Most recently, Matt served as Chief Revenue Officer at Charles River Development, leading all revenue generating functions globally, including sales, marketing, client management, and delivery. In this role, he also managed regional operations, performance, and leadership across the firm’s global footprint.
Matt brings more than 20 years of experience delivering enterprise front and middle office solutions to buy side financial institutions. He has a strong track record of partnering with C suite business and technology leaders to define and implement solutions that enable growth, reduce risk, and improve operational efficiency. His deep background in product management and sales gives him a strong understanding of asset managers’ business challenges and how to address them. Prior to joining Charles River Development in 2004, Matt spent five years at Accenture in its Capital Markets practice. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science degree in chemical engineering and mathematics from the University of Connecticut. He serves on the Boston Children’s Hospital Philanthropic Board of Advisors.
Chief Product Officer
Nidhi Singh
As Chief Product Officer, Nidhi oversees product strategy, product development and product marketing for Charles River. In this role, she is responsible for the ongoing expansion and execution of our product portfolio and development team, as well as the transformation of our offering to cloud services. Prior to joining Charles River, Nidhi led global technology and operations at Broadridge and held key senior leadership roles at tier one banks and fintech firms including Goldman Sachs and Trading Technologies. She brings over two decades of product development experience in financial markets and has led several successful large-scale transformation initiatives. She holds a BS in Economics from Purdue University and a Masters, Financial Markets/Engineering, from Illinois Institute of Technology.
Chief Operating Officer
Chris Russo
As Chief Operating Officer, Chris is responsible for driving operational excellence across the firm and ensuring disciplined management of costs, risk, and enterprise priorities. In this role, he oversees core governance and control functions, enterprise wide optimization initiatives, and key workplace and real estate programs, aligning execution with long term strategic objectives.
Chris brings extensive experience leading global organizations at the intersection of technology, services, and financial markets. Prior to his current role, he held senior leadership positions at IHS Markit, where he served as Global Head of Professional Services for Enterprise Data Management (EDM), thinkFolio, iLEVEL, and Wall Street Office (WSO). As a Vice President and member of the Solutions division executive leadership team, he led global services and training organizations, set strategic direction, and maintained accountability for business performance.
Earlier in his career, Chris held leadership roles across the FinTech ecosystem, including positions at Charles River Development, Citisoft, Omgeo, and Thomson Financial spanning client management, consulting, product management, and services.
Chris holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Bentley University.
Managing Director, Alpha - India, State Street
Joshi Alaparthi
Joshi Alaparthi joined State Street in March 2017 as Managing Director for Alpha India, where his main responsibility is to help build and manage Alpha team in India with main focus on Alpha Data Management Platform and end-to-end data integration.
Joshi came to State Street with over 25 years of global experience in financial industry. Prior to joining State Street, he had a long stint of over 22 years in US working with Eagle Investment systems a Bank of New York Mellon subsidiary. As Head of Engineering at Eagle Investment Systems he was instrumental in building enterprise data management system and key contributor to company’s growth and marketplace success. Later, he moved in as Chief Systems Architect in product strategy group for BNY Mellon’s Investment Manager Middle Office Services where he worked with Clients and Prospects in defining the product architecture and services.
Joshi brings in core technology and financial data domain knowledge. He has worked in all areas of Software Development – presales/sales, product development, client implementations, operations and support. Joshi holds a master’s degree in computer science from Northeastern University, Boston and a bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering from Osmania University, India.

Vin Bhat
Vin leads Charles River in Asia-Pacific and is responsible for all business oversight and collaboration with State Street Alpha, the first front-to-back asset servicing platform from a single provider for institutional investors. Vin joins Charles River from FactSet Research Systems where he was head of the Asia Pacific business. Vin has over 25 years of experience in leadership positions in sales, consulting, and engineering. Prior to his time at FactSet, Vin spent a decade at Tata Consultancy Services.
Vin has a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering from National Institute of Technology Surat, India, and an MBA in General Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. Vin is a CFA® charter holder, CFA Institute.
Director of Operations including Regulatory Oversight
Brenda Bollettino
Brenda Bollettino is a Director of Operations for the Charles River Development (CRD) business at State Street. She has global oversight of strategic project management, third party risk management and external audit, including the ISO27001 program and the SOC programs. Additionally, Brenda leads key regulatory initiatives as needed to support State Street’s enterprise-wide compliance and risk posture. Her focus is on program management and improving process and controls to enhance business operations and mitigate risks.
Prior to this role, Brenda was the transformation lead within State Street’s office of the CAO. In this role she directed enterprise-wide transformation programs in the areas of first line risk management, CAO support, and project management. Brenda has substantial experience leading business strategy, operations, and risk management. She has directed various risk and operations programs, developed and managed governance committees, and lead business process improvement programs. At State Street, Brenda has held senior roles in Alternatives, Global Markets, and Enterprise Risk Management.
Prior to her State Street tenure, Brenda held similar roles at Sovereign Bank in Boston, MA, CoBank in Denver, CO, and The Bank of Hawaii in Honolulu, HI. Brenda holds two Masters Degrees – one in Economics and a second in International Studies – both from the University of Denver. She also holds a BA in Economics from the University of Denver.

Ruby Chiu
Ruby Chiu is the Global Head of Client Management for Charles River Development (CRD), a State Street Company. Ruby is responsible for leading and overseeing CRD client relationships. Her global team focuses on client satisfaction and exceptional client service delivery, serving as trusted advisors for existing and prospective clients. Ruby is a member of CRD’s Management and Operating Committees and is based out of corporate headquarters in Burlington, MA.
Prior to joining Charles River in 2020, Ruby spent over 16 years at BlackRock as a senior leader within the Aladdin Client Engagement business, most recently as Head of Relationship Management for Insurance Asset Managers and Head of Relationship Management for US East Asset Managers. Prior to BlackRock, Ruby worked within Citigroup’s Global Telecommunications Investment Banking division. She earned her BS degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Virginia.

Jeetender Dadvai
Jeetender joined State Street in October 2018 as Vice President of Delivery for SSGX, where he managed Application Development teams in India for initiatives such as Publisher Suite/DVS, INAV, PAM Reporting, and the MIG21 to CRD migration. In August 2019, he transitioned to Charles River as Vice President of Delivery for SaaS and TIS India teams. In his current role as Managing Director, Jeetender is responsible for overseeing the development and management of Charles River’s SaaS, TIS, IT, and Data Services teams.
With over 24 years of experience in the financial services industry, Jeetender has a deep expertise in technology solutions for investment management. Prior to joining State Street, he spent 16 years at Franklin Templeton as Assistant Vice President of Investment and Wealth Management Technology, where he led application development and support initiatives. He has extensive experience in the implementation, integration, and support of front-office applications, including Charles River, Axys, Moxy, MBS Expert, Thinkfolio, Black Mountain Everest, Wall Street Office, Quantis, Front Invest, Alta Return, and Wealth Spectrum, among others. At Franklin Templeton, Jeetender played a key role in the technology integration of several acquired financial firms, such as Rensberg Fund Management, Balanced Equity Management, Alpha Parity, K2 Advisors, Pelagos, Algebra, Sealand JV, and China Life. His team was also responsible for providing global support to trading desks, portfolio managers, and compliance analysts.

Julia Etchin
Julia Etchin leads Compliance Services, Global Professional Services Operations and Americas Business Operations for Charles River Development at State Street. Prior to joining CRD in 2021, she led key regulatory risk remediation and management programs for State Street Alternative Investment Services. Earlier in her career, Julia held a number of roles across private equity, corporate finance and management consulting focused on margin improvement, operations optimization and regulatory compliance. She holds an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor’s from University of Connecticut.

Yathu Gopinath
Yathu is a Managing director at State Street Corporation and global head of cloud platform engineering for Charles River Development and State Street Alpha. As Head of Cloud Platform Engineering, Yathu is responsible for the strategy, architecture, and delivery of the firm’s global cloud platform, enabling hundreds of engineers to build and operate applications in a highly automated, secure, and compliant environment. His organization oversees cloud infrastructure, developer platforms, container orchestration, infrastructure-as-code frameworks, and platform reliability across multi-cloud and hybrid environments.
Yathu is a senior technology leader with over 20 years of experience in engineering large scale infrastructure modernization, distributed systems, and enterprise transformation within global financial services. He leads the delivery of secure, resilient cloud platforms powering mission critical trading, risk, and client services, and has spearheaded large scale modernization of legacy workloads to cloud native architectures while meeting stringent security, resilience, and regulatory requirements.

Martin Hofmeyr
Martin joined Charles River in 2021. Prior to joining, his career spanned 20 years with SSNC Institutional & Investment Management Services and DST International (pre SSNC acquisition). This included a variety of functional areas in leadership roles including Professional Services, Application Support, Business Analysis and Product Management.
Martin is responsible for APAC Operations, Customer experience & Governance.

Tom Izzo
Tom Izzo is responsible for leading Charles River Development’s global sales organization. He oversees new business growth and the expansion of client relationships across all regions.
Since joining Charles River, Tom has held several leadership and client-facing roles, helping investment firms adopt the firm’s technology through a consultative, solutions-driven approach. He brings extensive experience in enterprise software sales and a deep understanding of the investment management industry to his role within State Street Alpha.

Kishore Kottapalli
Kishore is a senior vice president at State Street Corporation and global head of cloud strategy, engineering and operations for Charles River Development and State Street Alpha. He is responsible for shaping the firm’s cloud strategy and oversees architecture, engineering, deployment and ongoing operations of the several platforms that constitute Alpha Cloud – the Global SaaS Platform, Alpha Data Platform and Cloud-Native Services.
Kishore began his career at State Street in 1998 and is an experienced Development and Operations financial technologist. Kishore has led several initiatives at State Street including Global Production Operations, Development Operations, IT Operations Automation, Application Resiliency Engineering, IT Transformation Programs (Private Cloud / Large-Scale Databases) and Information Delivery Development and Continuous Improvement programs.

Tanys Lancaster
Tanys is responsible for leading and overseeing CRD client relationships in EMEA. Her team focuses on client experience, and exceptional client service delivery, while serving as trusted advisors for existing and prospective clients. Tanys is a member of CRD’s Operating Committee, and CRD EMEA’s Management Committee.
Immediately prior to joining Charles River in 2022, Tanys spent 5 years at LSEG as the Head of Client Engagement for FTSE Russell and Yield Book, where she managed teams of SME-led Relationship Managers and Client Service Associates with product and market expertise supporting LSEG and Yield Book clients.
During her 30-year career in the Financial Markets, Tanys has worked in both London and New York in Client Management, Product Management and Technology leadership roles for Bloomberg LP, S&P Global, and Thomson Reuters. Tanys holds an honors batchelor’s degree in European Business Studies and French.

Dean Landis
Dean Landis, Senior Vice President, is Head of Americas for Charles River Development, a State Street Company, and a member of the group’s Executive Committee.
Mr. Landis is responsible for client strategy and commercial execution, overseeing business development, marketing, implementations, relationship management, and client service for the region. As a member of the Executive Committee, he supports enterprise decision making across business, financial, and people matters; serves as executive sponsor for strategic initiatives; oversees key risks and client issues; and participates in formal governance forums to ensure alignment with organizational strategy.
Most recently, Dean was Global Head of Delivery at Charles River Development, responsible for leading Global Professional Services, Training, and Compliance Advisory teams. Prior to joining Charles River Development, Dean was a leader in the Capital Markets consulting practice of SunGard and a management consultant with Cap Gemini Ernst & Young. Mr. Landis holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Miami University.

Richard LeClair
Rich LeClair is the Global Head of Professional Services for Charles River Development (CRD), a State Street Company. His remit includes all implementations of Charles River for both Alpha and non-Alpha Clients, CRD upgrades, and various consulting services. His global team consists of approximately 25 “Practices” and 500 associated service professionals – with specialists across all asset classes and Investment disciplines. Rich is a member of CRD’s Management Committee and is based out of corporate headquarters in Burlington, MA.
Prior to re-joining CRD in 2021, Rich was a Managing Director at Wellington Management, where he was responsible for Front Office Technology strategy, planning and delivery. Prior to Wellington, Rich worked at Ernst & Young in Wealth and Asset Management Advisory Services, the New York Mercantile Exchange, and spent 10 years at Charles River in senior roles in both Product and Implementation Services. Rich has a BA degree in Engineering Sciences from Dartmouth College.

As a strategic partner, Erica provides Human Resources leadership for Charles River. Erica joined Charles River in 2019 after spending 5 years at State Street leading Learning and Talent Management teams. Prior to her time at State Street, Erica has spent the last 20 years in various Human Resources leadership roles in the financial services, staffing, and healthcare industries. Erica holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from West Virginia University and a master’s degree in Human Resources from Northeastern University.

Chafic Menayrji
Chafic Menayrji is a Managing Director at State Street and Head of SaaS Transformation at CRD. He leads strategic transformation initiatives across the Alpha platform, aligning technology, operations, and client onboarding to deliver scalable SaaS capabilities and enhanced client experiences.
Previously, Chafic served as Head of Global IT at CRD, where he oversaw global infrastructure, enterprise technology services, and digital security. Earlier in his career, he held senior technology leadership roles including Senior Director of IT Infrastructure at Manulife.

Keith Masterson
Keith Masterson is a Managing Director and Business Unit CFO, responsible for the Finance support of our Front-to-Back Alpha organization (“Alpha & CRD”), which brings together real time data and asset intelligence across the investment lifecycle inclusive of our front, middle and back office operations. Keith works closely across both Finance and Business Unit functions to provide financial analysis and strategic support across Alpha & CRD. His team supports all month end close processes, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Keith also sits on the Treasury Performance Measurement Methodology Committee.
Keith joined State Street in 1999. Prior to taking his current role at the beginning of 2021, Keith spent over 10 years working in our non-US locations in Dublin, Paris and London across various Finance roles including supporting the integration of several large asset service provider acquisitions.

Steven Milanowycz
Steve is currently the Head of Product Strategy and has been with Charles River for over 20 years. Before taking on this role, Steve led the development of Charles Riiver’s front office capabilities, including the Portfolio Management and Trading-related modules within the Charles River IMS. Notably, Steve was responsible for spearheading the Manager Workbench portfolio management application redesign. Earlier in his tenure at Charles River, Steve directed pre-sales initiatives across the Americas as a senior sales engineer. Prior to joining Charles River, Steve worked as a business analyst at DST International and served as an investment consultant at UBS. Steve earned a BS in Finance from Lehigh University’s College of Business and Economics.

Rob O’Reilly
Rob O’Reilly serves as a Managing Director and is the Business Risk Executive responsible for managing end-to-end business and technology risks at Charles River Development. He has over 25 years’ experience in risk management, cybersecurity and audit at State Street, EY and PWC.
His multinational experience includes living and working in the US, Ireland, Australia, and South Africa. Rob holds a post graduate degree in Information Risk Management from the University of Cape Town and is a Certified Internal Auditor and Certified Information Systems Auditor.

Stacey Pauze
Stacey Pauze is Chief of Staff to the President of Charles River Development, where she partners closely with the firm’s leadership to drive strategic priorities, operational execution, and organizational effectiveness. In this role, she serves as a trusted advisor to the President, ensuring alignment across the leadership team and translating strategy into actionable outcomes. Stacey is responsible for coordinating executive priorities, managing cross functional initiatives, and driving cadence, clarity, and accountability across the organization. She also oversees all hiring activities for Charles River Development and manages the firm’s internal events and early career programs, playing a key role in talent growth and culture.
Stacey has been with State Street since 2013 and brings deep experience across strategy, sales enablement, and enterprise transformation. Prior to her current role, she served as Head of Sales Enablement for State Street Alpha®, where she led global enablement efforts supporting revenue growth, client engagement, and large scale platform adoption. Before joining State Street, Stacey worked at PwC in its M&A practice, specializing in tax due diligence. Stacey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Bryant University.

Jamie Penniman serves as Chief Revenue Officer at Charles River Development, a State Street company. Jamie oversees all revenue-generating functions, including sales, marketing, client management, and delivery, as well as regional operations and performance. With over 20 years of industry experience, Jamie is recognized for driving growth, innovation, and enterprise-scale impact in both public and private sectors Jamie is known for agile leadership, building high-performing teams, and developing strategies that achieve market-leading results.
Prior to joining Charles River Development, Jamie was Chief Revenue Officer at Volante Technologies, where Jamie led a strategic transformation of sales and go-to-market operations, delivering improved performance and establishing a foundation for sustainable growth. Jamie also held senior roles at S&P Global Market Intelligence (formerly IHS Markit), including Head of Enterprise Data Management and SVP, Head of Commercial Strategy, GTM & Client Management for Software Solutions, managing P&L responsibility for $500M, consistently exceeding growth targets and spearheading strategic acquisitions and new market expansions. Jamie’s career is distinguished by a commitment to innovation, mentorship, and client engagement, with a proven record of transforming business strategies and leading teams through significant change and growth. Jamie holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Merrimack College.

Alex Popp
Alex leads a global team and is responsible for the Charles River for Private Markets (CRPM) business including its strategy, product, development, client experience, and revenue. He has been with Charles River Development since the acquisition of our Private Markets business in 2021. Previously, he was the global head of sales and account management at CRPM (formerly Mercatus). In this role, he was responsible for all new and existing business. He regularly engages with our client’s executive teams across the world to ensure he stays current on their priorities and challenges in the market.
Prior to joining CRPM, Alex was a Partner in the POPP risk GROUP, a management consulting firm that works with the world’s global and regional financial institutions, where Alex was responsible for sales, delivery, recruiting and the career development program. Alex has a B.A. from Amherst College.

Marc Roche
Based in Dublin, Ireland, Marc Roche is the Head of Engineering for EMEA and leads the global Product Cybersecurity team. He has extensive experience in financial services, having worked with Thomson Financial, Citibank, Morgan Stanley, Accenture, and EY across North America, Europe, and Asia before joining State Street. Marc’s primary responsibility is the expansion of the Engineering function into EMEA by establishing and building large-scale teams to support software products for global clients. In addition to his EMEA responsibilities, Marc ensures that security is integrated into the applications designed and built by the engineering team.
Marc brings expertise in technology and financial data from his rich background which includes Product Owner of Salesforce.com at Citibank, head of the project management office (PMO) at LPL Financial, leading numerous risk management and audit engagements at EY, and as Head of IT, Cybersecurity, and Operations at a New York-based mutual fund company. He also has extensive experience in Cybersecurity, having led the EMEA Cloud Security practice at EY, and managed multiple large-scale cybersecurity engagements at Accenture.
Marc holds an MBA from the University of Melbourne and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Trinity College Dublin.

Ewan Scott
Ewan is responsible for Charles River in EMEA. After studying Chemistry at Leeds University, he started his career as an analytical chemist for Unilever before moving into financial technology where he has worked for over 25 years, moving through roles in quality assurance, technical support, client management, sales engineering, sales and sales management.
Ewan worked for Braid Systems and CheckFree before joining Markit, where he worked for 8 years in sales and sales management for their data management solution, Markit EDM. Prior to joining State Street, Ewan spent 3 years at Rimes, the benchmark data services provider, running the EMEA and APAC sales and client management teams and seeing the company through acquisition by the private equity firm EQT in 2020.
Managing Director, Head of Middle Office, Data & Platforms
Edda Son
Edda Son joined Charles River Development in May 2022 as a Managing Director of Product Management. She is responsible for overseeing all CRD middle office, data, and platform products, including strategy, vision, roadmap, and execution of our Next Gen Services for investment accounting, compliance, data platforms, and core framework services to enable our company strategy to modernize and build cloud native, scalable, feature rich products.
Prior to joining CRD, she was the head of Clearing and Settlement and Back Office Products at Drivewealth, transforming their legacy books and records. Edda was the Head of Product Management for the Next Gen Products and Services at Broadridge Financial, modernizing their legacy engines into a component based, cloud native architecture. Edda has also held Product Management leadership positions at Deutsche Bank and Goldman Sachs managing their back-office product suites with a focus on operations, clearing and settlement, margin, positions, cash, and collateral management, and reporting.

Swati Verma
Swati leads a global team responsible for selling, developing, and delivering software, software services, and advisory services to wealth managers worldwide. Prior to her current role, Swati was the Chief Commercial Officer of State Street’s Alpha Platform where she led business development for the front-to-back platform.
Earlier in her career, Swati was also a Managing Director in State Street’s Corporate Strategy team, where she helped set strategic direction on key topics for the Board and the Management Committee, spearheaded M&A opportunities, and advised executives on business-unit strategy. Her primary focus was on the asset management and wealth management sectors. Before State Street, Swati worked with Citigroup Global Markets, where she was responsible for defining investment theses and marketing investment opportunities to hedge funds and asset managers across fixed income / equities, emerging / developed markets and vanilla / structured instruments.
