Charles River Showcases Strategic Product Initiatives to 700+ at Global Client Conference

Boston — October 17, 2019 —Charles River Development, a State Street company, today announced record attendance at its 2019 Global Client Conference, held in Boston September 23-26, with over 700 attendees including clients from more than 120 firms, product specialists, and industry thought leaders from more than 13 countries. The conference addressed trends that affect asset managers, asset owners, hedge funds, wealth managers and insurers, and demonstrated how the Charles River Investment Management Solution (Charles River IMS) helps buy side firms improve investment decision making and front and middle office operations.
Product specialists and industry thought leaders provided more than 60 presentations and demonstrations covering diverse topics such as:
- Generating trade ideas from big data
- Trade automation across asset classes
- Use of factor models to better inform investment decision making
- Centralized post-trade processing
- The growing importance of central overlay to Wealth Managers
- Global Shareholder disclosure and futures position limit monitoring

Charles River will hold its EMEA Client Conference in London, May 12-13, 2020.
