Charles River announced it has completed the integration of MTS BondsPro, an SEC-registered Alternative Trading System (ATS), with the Charles River Order and Execution Management System (OEMS) and Inventory Hub. The Inventory Hub processes and aggregates inventory across a number of the largest dealers and liquidity venues. It offers users a centralized point to receive and interact with live data across a full range of products and asset classes.

State Street Agrees to Acquire Mercatus, Expanding our Private Markets Solutions
State Street Corporation announced today that it has entered into an agreement to acquire Mercatus, Inc., a premier front-and-middle-office solutions and data management provider for private market managers. In connection with the acquisition, the company will launch its State Street Alpha℠ for Private Markets solution which will allow institutional investors to fully manage the entire lifecycle of their infrastructure, private equity, real estate, private debt and fund of funds investments through a fully integrated, digital front-to-back, single platform.

Invesco to Transition Front-to-Back Investment Servicing to State Street Alpha℠ Platform
State Street today announced that it has entered into an agreement with Invesco which will result in Invesco adopting State Street Alpha℠, the first front-to-back asset servicing platform from a single provider for institutional and wealth management firms. The migration to Alpha is intended to simplify Invesco’s investment infrastructure to improve scale, reduce risk and improve operating efficiency.
