Tom Driscoll, Managing Director, Global
Tom oversees global sales, marketing, and business development as well as EMEA and Asia Pacific operations at Charles River. Tom joined the firm in 1994 and has helped grow its global organization and client base. Tom previously served as CFO for a private equity firm, and managed sales, marketing and client services for Greystone Technology. Tom holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, and an MS in Computer Engineering from Northeastern University.

Cameron Field, Managing Director, Asia-Pacific
Cameron oversees the firm's Asia-Pacific region. Since joining Charles River in 2000, Cameron has helped establish and grow both European and Asia-Pacific operations. Previously, Cameron served in management roles at Macintosh Hamson Hoare Govett, Bankers Trust Australia, ANZ Treasury, Princeton Financial Systems, and State Street Australia Ltd. Cameron graduated from the Royal Military College, Duntroon, and holds a BBus in Business Banking and Finance from Monash University.

Dean Brown, Executive Director, Wealth and Asset Management, E&Y
Dean is an Executive Director within EY's Wealth and Asset Management advisory practice, where he has responsibility for leading EY's Technology Advisory teams in the UK as well as leading EY's Front Office advisory capability across Europe. He has worked within the Wealth and Asset Management industry for the last 20 years, engaging with a range of leading firms globally, working across a number of roles in the front, middle and back office. Prior to joining EY, Dean was the founder and CEO of Performa, an asset management software and consultancy business that was a global market leader in its segment.

Alun Cutler, Director, Product Management, EMEA
Alun supports sales efforts by identifying product enhancements, 3rd party solutions and marketing campaigns. Previously, Alun was a senior business consultant for Charles River, responsible for meeting EMEA client requirements and assisting implementation consultants with workflow design and integration needs. Prior to joining Charles River, Alun held a variety of sales and consultant positions at Misys and SunGard Data Systems, served as a fund administrator for Morgan Grenfell Asset Management, and was a derivatives trader at the Nippon Credit Bank.

Brad Haigis, Director, Data Services
Brad drives the product management, marketing, strategy, portfolio management, and content licensing and management of Charles River Data Services solution. Prior to joining Charles River, Brad held product management positions at OneSource, Openpages, Open Market, Platinum Technology, Cadre Technologies and Compugraphic Corporation. Brad holds an MBA in Marketing Strategy from the University of Michigan and a BS, Computer Science from Union College.

Cem Er, Director, Product Management
Cem leads Charles River’s private wealth product management team and provides direction and thought leadership for wealth management related functionality, including, modeling and optimization. Prior to joining Charles River, Cem was a Head Trader and Portfolio Manager at Cobblestone Capital Advisors. He began his financial services career as a Financial Analyst for Demirbank A.S. - HSBC Securities. Cem holds an MBA in Finance and Statistics from Rochester Institute of Technology and is a CFA Charter holder.

Chang Suh, Senior Product Manager
Chang manages the Investment Book of Record (IBOR) and Post-Trade functionality in Charles River IMS. Prior to joining Charles River, Chang served in product management at Oracle and managed web services for Constant Contact. Chang holds an MBA from Babson College, an MS, Information Science from Carnegie Mellon University, and a BS, Computer Science from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Ed Fitzpatrick, Vice President, Managed Services
Ed is responsible for the creation, development, delivery, management, and support of multiple global Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions for Charles River IMS. Prior to joining Charles River, Ed was Senior Vice President, Technology Services at Harte-Hanks, and Vice President, Technology Services at Wheelhouse Corporation. Ed holds a BA in Economics and Computers from Tufts University and an MBA with a concentration in Computer Information Systems from Bentley University.

Patrick Conroy, Manager, Compliance Services
Patrick is responsible for compliance related thought leadership as well as development, execution, and management of multiple Compliance Services offerings, globally at Charles River. He serves as an external compliance resource for Charles River IMS clients. Prior to joining Charles River, Patrick served as a Compliance officer at Brown Brothers Harriman, and a Compliance Specialist at State Street Corporation. Patrick holds a BSBA, Finance (Cum Laude) from the University of Massachusetts, Boston.

Karl Kutschke, Senior Director, Product Management
Karl is responsible for product line strategy for the fixed income trading, OTC derivatives, and compliance offerings at Charles River. Karl has 15+ years of experience delivering software projects and products for domestic and international environments. Prior to joining Charles River, Karl managed strategic fixed income and evaluation services projects for IDC (Interactive Data Corporation). He holds a BS in Computer Science from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.

Katya Taycher, Director, Product Management
Katya is responsible for leading multiple products at Charles River from conception to production, including: ex-ante and ex-post risk; scenario analysis; analytics for derivatives and fixed income; and money markets. Katya has over 15 years’ experience in buy-side financial services, specializing in financial risk modeling, analytics, derivatives and fixed income securities. Prior to joining Charles River, Katya served in various product manager roles at Wellington Management, Evare, NerveWire, Merrill Lynch and D.E. Shaw. Katya is a certified Financial Risk Manager (FRM) GARP, and holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Pennsylvania - The Wharton School.

Shawn Kenyon, Senior Product Manager
Shawn manages equity and foreign exchange trading, cash management, and commission and fee management for Charles River IMS. Prior to joining Charles River, Shawn built and managed Portware's FX product, handled client implementations, and managed the firm's Internal Development and Technical Publication groups. Shawn holds a BS in Computer Science from New York University Polytechnic School of Engineering.

Steven Milanowycz, Director, Product Management
Steven drives the development of Portfolio Management applications for Charles River. As a sales engineer, he also leads pre-sales efforts at Charles River, leveraging extensive knowledge of business drivers and the relationship to product design requirements. Prior to joining Charles River, Steven was a business analyst at DST International, and an investment consultant at UBS PaineWebber. Steven holds a BS in Finance from Lehigh University - College of Business and Economics.
