The Charles River Investment Management System (
Charles River IMS) is based on a multi-tiered architecture. The single-server configuration consists of the Charles River Manager, Charles River Trader, Charles River Compliance, and Charles River Post-Trade client application desktop PC(s) and a database server. The multi-server configuration consists of the client desktop, one or more middle-tier application servers, and a database server.
