Comprehensive training is critical to realizing the maximum possible benefit from Charles River IMS. Therefore, Charles River’s Educational Services provides a variety of training programs that range from extensive application training to instruction on system administration and maintenance. In addition to a standard menu of courses, Charles River offers the ability to customize courses to meet client content requirements or tailor a topic to address specific functions. New courses and content updates are a continuing process to ensure all materials properly address new functionality, changing business conditions, and new technology.

Charles River offers regularly scheduled sessions at its Boston (Burlington, MA) and London training centres. Client-site training is also available.

Charles River offers optional customer Level I (introductory) certification at the conclusion of many courses, and will soon offer a Level II certification (intermediate). Level II certification includes both a written and oral exam and requires use of Charles River IMS to solve a number of test problems. Both certification exams are based on those administered to Charles River staff.
