Location
The Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress is situated in the Lake Buena Vista area of Orlando, and is accessible from Orland International airport (approx. 18 miles). Detailed directions are available at the bottom of the page.
Transportation
Conference attendees are responsible for their own air and ground transportation. Taxis are not readily available at the resort; therefore, due to the large number of attendees departing at the same time, we suggest you arrange for departure taxi service one day in advance.
On Property Resort Transportation
The Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress operates its own shuttle services (by land and sea) for mobility around the property from 6:30am until11:00pm.

To/From Airport: Mears Transportation
Arriving Guests: Upon arrival, please proceed to Ground Transportation, located one level below baggage claim and look for the Mears Transportation desk. Inform the representative that you need the shuttle to the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress. After hours, you may reach a Mears Representative for assistance via the phone located at the desk.
Departing Guests: Mears provides direct transportation from the front entrance of the hotel to the airport. Advance reservations are required, and can be arranged through the Mears desk each day from 7:30 a.m. - 8:30 p.m., or via phone 407-239-1234 ext. 4149. After hours, please call 407-423-5566.

Arrangements for pick-up can be arranged in advance through the hotel concierge.

From Orlando Int'l Airport (approximately 18 miles):
Take the Beachline Expressway West (528 West) to I-4 West. Take I-4 West to Exit 68 (Lake Buena Vista), turn right off the exit and proceed to second traffic light, turn left at light to hotel entrance.
From Tampa Airport (approximately 77 miles):
Take I-275 North to I-4 East to Exit 68 (Lake Buena Vista). Turn left at the bottom of the exit ramp onto Route 535 North. Turn left at the third traffic light. Turn left into the Grand Cypress Resort.
From Miami International Airport (approximately 240 miles):
Take I-95 North to turnpike North. Take I-4 West to Exit 68 (Lake Buena Vista). Turn right at the bottom of exit ramp onto Route 535 North. Turn left at the second traffic light. Turn left into the Grand Cypress Resort.
From Tampa/St. Pete:
Take I-4 East/Daytona Beach to Exit 68 (Lake Buena Vista), turn left off exit and proceed to 3rd traffic light, turn left at the light to hotel entrance.
From Daytona Beach:
Take I-4 West/Tampa to Exit 68 (Lake Buena Vista), turn right off exit and proceed to 2nd traffic light, turn left at light to hotel entrance.
From Miami/Ft. Lauderdale/West Palm Beach:
Take Florida Turnpike North to I-4 exit. Take I-4 West to Exit 68 (Lake Buena Vista), turn right at exit and proceed to 2nd traffic light, turn left at light to hotel.
From Cocoa Beach/Cape Canaveral:
Take the Beachline Expressway ( 528West) to I-4 West/Tampa, exit at 68 (Lake Buena Vista) and turn right, proceed to the 2nd traffic light, turn left at light to the hotel entrance.
