Conference Registration
Rate beginning August 18: Includes entrance to all conference sessions, conference gift, conference meals, and evening social events. Accommodations are not included but are available at a special conference rate through registration on this web site. US $1,895.
Group Conference Registration
Includes entrance to all conference sessions, conference gift, conference meals, and evening social events. Accommodations are not included but are available at a special conference rate through registration on this web site.
A group code will be required in order for the discounted rate to be applied to each registration. Group codes will be available though the Relationship Managers at Charles River. To qualify for the group discount, you will need 5 or more people from the same firm, registering at the same time. US $1,515.
*Discounts cannot be combined.
Other Fees
Golf Tournament
Participants should arrive at Golf Shop no later than 11:30 am. Includes golf cart. US$130. Note: Charles River and Liquidnet, our tournament sponsor, are subsidizing the cost of this event.
Accommodations
Charles River has negotiated a special hotel room rate for our guests. Please refer to Hotel for complete details. US$249/night
Policies and Payment
Registration is open to current employees of current Charles River clients. Discounted, early registration is available through August 17. Regular registration rates ($1,895) apply as of August 18. Payment via credit card is required through this registration web site.
Cancelations, Refunds, Transfers
We must receive all conference and accommodation cancellations and transfers in writing by fax, e-mail, or mail. Send conference communications to Lynann Dumas, Marketing and Events Manager at lynanndumas@crd.com or +1 781.425.6118.
Conference Registration Fees
We must receive all conference cancellations in writing by fax, e-mail, or mail by August 17, 2008 for a full refund. We will issue a 50% refund for registration cancellations received between August 18 and September 2, 2008. We regret that no refund for registration cancellations will be made after this date. Registrations are transferable to another associate in your organization at any time with advance written notice. Any registration discounts are issued to the individual only and the discount may not be transferred.
Accommodations
The room reservation cut-off date is September 26. After this date you may be unable to reserve a guest room or obtain the discounted group rate. We must receive all accommodation cancellations in writing by fax, e-mail, or mail by September 26 for a full refund. No refund for accommodation cancellations will be made after this date and your credit card will be charged for any accommodations reserved (for the full length of your stay). Accommodations are transferable to another associate in your organization at any time with advance written notice.
Activities
Optional activities may be subject to their own cancellation policies as posted on this web site.
Cancellation Due to Severe Weather Conditions
Charles River will monitor Florida weather conditions and post weather-related conference updates on this web site’s home page. If Charles River cancels its 2008 conference due to severe weather conditions, client registrants will receive a refund of any pre-paid conference registration fees, accommodations fees and activity fees.
In the event that a registrant is unable to attend the conference due to airline or airport cancellations at the Florida arrival airport, Charles River will refund accommodation fees paid (or due) and issue a credit voucher good towards one 2009 conference registration. Registrants will need to provide documentation from the airport or airline confirming the inability to travel. The conference credit voucher will be transferable to any employee within an organization.
