Product Specialist, Expert Services Group
You will work with clients utilizing knowledge of finance to understand financial intricacies of client end goals and applies extensive technological investment management experience and knowledge of trade order management database schemas to prepare and develop custom integration solutions for clients and translate client needs into functional specifications applying Crystal Reports, SQL skills.
Responsibilities:
- Analyzes client’s IMS setup and makes best practice recommendations, analyzes database tuning and hardware and reviews system's integration with in house systems, downstream liquidity providers and settlement venues
- Makes recommendations for best re-engineering process and / or tuning trading environment and workflow processes
- Conducts pre-performance readiness reviews, examines stored queries, and validates system performance parameters
- Documents and communicates findings and recommendations to ensure a high degree of knowledge transfer to clients
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Finance or related with five years progressive experience in software applications or development at least three of which are in financial services technology and two years in project management
- Or Masters Degree in Finance or related with three years experience in financial services technology and two years project management
- Proficiency with SQL and Crystal Reports
- Significant investment management industry experience
- Understanding of trade order management systems
