We are currently in need a Sell Side Relationship to manage sales of connectivity to Charles River Network and related services to sellside organizations such as traditional broker dealers, algorithmic brokers, ECN’s, ATS’s, etc. Connectivity services include FIX testing and certification, CRD product enhancement and integration to support advanced features of sellside entity to increase reliability, broker endpoint coverage and order flow from CRD’s buy-side customers.  Personally responsible for prospecting, working and closing deals.

Responsibilities:

• Personally responsible for prospecting, working and closing deals.
• 70% - Prospecting, Managing and meeting with prospective sellside organizations– presentations, exploratory meetings, basic product demo’s.
• Educating prospective clients on CRD, its products, customer base, and benefits of a formalized relationship.
• Working throughout prospective client organization to understand the organization, its business model, build high level relationships, and clearly understand business and technical requirements, and ability to clear articulate CRD advantages to close business. 
• 30% - work through pricing and contract issues to close deals.

Requirements:

• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
• Must have solid understanding of financial industry and sellside organizations
• Must have proven sales track record or significant sellside business development or electronic connectivity experience
  and/or have excellent business/technical knowledge of brokerage
• Must be able to operate in a high energy sales environment
• Must have technical acumen to understand requirements and objections, articulate CRD advantages
• Experience in strategic selling preferred
• Experience with electronic trading across asset classes, front/back STP solutions and FIX networks a plus
  Experience in sellside operations or sellside product management a plus
• Bachelors Degree
