All prices are in Australian dollars.
* Inclusive of GST.

 The registration fee includes:
  • Attendance to all sessions and activities
  • Unlimited access to the demo lab
  • All food and beverage supplied at the event


Those individuals who register before 29 February will receive a special early registration rate of AUD $1,150.

For companies that are sending 4 or more attendees, a special group rate of AUD $1,000/person applies. Please register all group attendees on the same day to ensure you receive the group rate.

To register, please complete the form below and we will send you an email confirming your interest and providing an electronic invoice with wire payment instructions. We request all payments by wire transfer. Once your payment is received we will confirm your registration.
Cancellation Policy


Registered attendees who cancel prior to the event agree to pay an early cancellation fee as follows:

A refund, less a AUD $500 early cancellation fee, will be made to registered attendees who cancel their attendance on or before Friday, April 4, 2008. In the case of a registered attendee who has not yet paid by such cancellation date, such registered attendee will remit the AUD $500 early cancellation fee to Charles River upon such cancellation.

No refund will be provided, and the full registration is due and payable, if a registered attendee cancels after April 4, 2008.

Attendees acknowledge and agree that early cancellation fees are a fair and reasonable pre-assessment of Charles River's damages resulting from such cancellations, and that early cancellation fees are not a penalty.
