Associate FIX Network Analyst

Location: Indianapolis

We are actively seeking an Associate Systems Analyst to join our team. This is a staff position responsible for providing customer service and frontline support for clients subscribing to Charles River’s suite of Managed Services including Application Management, Hosting, CRN/FIX, and/or Compliance Services.

  •  Perform frontline technical support as part of a global team to deliver exemplary customer service to CRD’s Managed Services clients.
  • Coordinate with clients, internal Charles River colleagues, and CRD vendors to receive, triage, investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve problems client-reported problems or issues and detected by CRD’s automation tools.
  • Follow departmental procedures to ensure timely, high quality delivery of service to Charles River global Managed Services clients and ensure a “five 9’s” level of service availability.
  •   Escalate and track issues which exceed the scope of the frontline support capability.
  • Ensure all internal Managed Services tracking systems and documentation is accurate and current.

  •  Ability to succeed in a mission critical, technical, customer service, and support environment.
  •  Knowledge of trading systems, databases, networks, and/or servers.
  • Ability to partner with various internal departments and external vendors to deliver superior customer service.
  • Periodic off-hours support.

  •  Bachelor’s degree in a technical or analytical discipline such as computer science, information technology, financial engineering, engineering, science, economics, mathematics, or statistics.
  •  0-3 years experience.
  •  Exposure to electronic trading systems and/or FIX is preferred. 
  •  Familiarity with any of the following is desirable: Trading systems, financial software applications, programming languages, scripting, XMLs, databases, networks, servers, operating systems.
  •  Excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  •  Aptitude for technical troubleshooting
